My approach to therapy is creative and responsive to who you are. I believe the human experience is complicated and nuanced, especially when grappling with making meaning of it.
Sometimes we need support moving through a big transition, other times we have a gnawing sense that something is not ok. Feeling chronically down or fearful may be warnings that something is out of balance. Therapy can provide a non-judgmental place to explore and open up more possibilities and aliveness.
I work well with clients who are self-reflective, and curious about underlying patterns. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in understanding how the past may be showing up in the present. I work from an LGBTQIA+ affirmative stance and welcome clients who see themselves in the context of their unique identities and culture.
