Services
For Individual Adults: Individual therapy sessions are designed to explore unconscious patterns, and unresolved conflicts, and understand how you relate to yourself and others. We will work together to understand the impact of past experiences on your present life, fostering self-awareness, self-compassion, and empathy for others.
For Couples: Couples therapy examines the complexities of being in a relationship, including emotions, expectations, and unresolved conflicts. By exploring the underlying dynamics, we aim to rebuild connection, increase tolerance for difficult conversations, and strengthen your partnership. Psychodynamic couples therapy seeks to understand how family history, culture, and identity interact within the couple.
For Teens: Teen therapy offers a safe and supportive space for adolescents to navigate the challenges of adolescence. We explore the unique experiences and emotional transitions that shape this crucial phase of life. By addressing underlying anxieties and promoting self-understanding, I aim to support your teen's emotional well-being and personal development.
Session Details: All sessions are 50 minutes in length, typically once a week or more. Clients who seek to engage in deeper, more explorative work have the option of multiple sessions per week. Psychodynamic psychotherapy sometimes includes exploring our relationship and your relationship to the therapy.
Fee: My fee is $200 for individual sessions and $220 for couples. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on availability and income.
